Return & Exchange Policy 

At Brewanta, we take pride in our quality control process to ensure that every product meets the highest standards before reaching you. Exchanges are available exclusively for products with manufacturing defects. We highly recommend recording a video while unboxing your package and sharing it with us within 24 hours of delivery for any exchange requests. Please note, exchanges cannot be processed for incorrectly ordered products. 

 

 Conditions for Exchange 

 

  1. The product must remain unused and in its original condition.
  2. Exchanges are permitted only for the same product type.
  3. Any defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  4. A video of the unboxing process is mandatory for initiating an exchange.

 

Important Note: All exchange requests are subject to approval by our customer service team at Brewanta. 

 

 Process for Exchanges 

– Once approved, buyers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. 

– For returns related to online purchases, please provide clear photographs of the product(s) using a high-quality camera, including their condition, original packaging, tags, and any accompanying materials.

After the returned product reaches us, it will undergo a thorough inspection. We will keep you updated on the status of your exchange request through email, WhatsApp, or phone. Our team will ensure a smooth and transparent replacement process.
